Hey all. I am curious if it is worth doing the higher gears on my 17 mtn cat 153 3". Y-pipe and can, and doing mds weights for this season. Ride 3-8000' trees, climbing all around mtn sled. Would go from 19/50 to 20/49. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

I prefer the 2.45 to 2.50 gear range makes the sled a bit more lively. a lot smoother on take off with more pull in the mid to upper and you can re use the stock chain and just change gears.

So does the 20/49 fit with the stock chain? Where’s the best place to purchase these gears from? Thanks
