Hey guys, I have an '03 MC800 with approximately 4000miles on it. The engine is completely stock and has never been opened for anything. I think its probably about time to replace the pistons before it drops a skirt and makes a mess. I was thinking go with factory pistons as I have had good luck with the originals but just looking for some input from you guys on if there is anything better out there.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We have used SPI and Stock. Both worked great. The stock ones seem to be a little tougher against burn down due to too lean conditions.

stock ones. Cat has some good motors and i always put back in the same parts.

I have used SPI pistons with great luck.

I put wisco's in my 2001 and haven't had a problem with them.
