98 Powder Special EFI not getting Juice to Pump

I am working on a 1998 Powder Special EFI and if I put direct 12V power to pump it pressurizes the system and sled runs until system De-pressurizes. With fuel pump hooked into harness motor does not get fuel. Is it common for the pump power side of the ECU to go bad? Is there a way to test this without taking it to a dealer? Any help would be appreciated.

It is probably the stator. You can OHM test it out.

Check ground wires also but most likely stater!

Ok I will check the Stator. Seems odd that all the other electronics work and sled runs with fuel pump getting power from outside source.
