fixes for a cracked filler neck on 03 mc 900

I have a 03 mountain cat 900 carb, the filler neck on the tank is cracked has anyone used plastic weld, and what trype worked, JB weld. Looking for a fix until I can find a new tank. I thought it was the gas cap that was leaking I WAS WRONG once I took the tank cover off I could see that crack it is on the black plastic part of the neck.

Marine tek epoxy has worked very good for me on my my methanol burning ATV all other epoxies have broken down overtime even devcon.

tank fix

Make sure good and dry and use super glue. I tried everything else with no luck then tried super glue and it worked awesome. Also is your tank carbed or efi? I have an efi tank Id make ya good deal on. Let me know. Greg
