As far as I know:
stator
ECU
throttle bodies
injectors and rails
fuelpump
new main wiring harness.

Mag side crank ends are differant also, you can probably re work the flywheel to get it to work with efi stuff instead of changing crank ends.

ECU, TB and rails new run 2500$. It would be cheaper to sell and swap the BB if you dont have alot of mods, if you do I would just live with rejetting every so often. I learned to ride on a 01zrt600, just getting the carbs on the intake boot is a major PITA let alone rejetting and dailing in 3 cylnders when your 14.
EDIT: You might just wanna look into those 09's, they look pretty spiffy.
