Interchangability of M8 Slide Rails?

I have a 2010 M8 153" and was wondering if anyone knew of the interchangeability of previous year M8 rails? Dealer wants $350 per side and there are a bunch of M8/M7's getting parted out that I am hoping will work. :face-icon-small-con

The newer rails like your 10 have a different mounting location for the forward arm. The older M7/M6 rails required a kit (Amp) to relocate the mounting position for optimal performance. In a nutshell, the rails are different.

You should be looking for a 09+ set of rails or go aftermarket and upgrade with a pair of Ice Age Performance.
