94 Summit 583, coil/ignition/stator help

Trying to resurrect an old sled, seems to have a really weak spark. It has a ok looking spark for the first second of the pull, then it gets tiny and a few little sparks jumping instead of one bright one.

I found specs for the ignition stator online on a forum, cant find any "official" doo specs. It said ignition stator: red to red/black wire (ignition stator) is supposed to be 14 ohms, mine tests at 69 kohms, or 69000

accessory stator is supposed to test at .4, mine tests at .4

coil test at .4, couldn't find a spec for that.

Thoughts? Seems like the spark isn't good to me. And ign stator is bad....

It sputters for a sec if the primer is given a pump or two, or either is used. Carbs are freshly cleaned and reinstalled.

Thanks for any help

ive had problems with old primers ruining the fuel pressure due to failure. does the primer line make strong purges or is the line full of bubbles.
usually when ignition fails it creates no spark not just weak spark, weak spark tends to be old plugs
