That's amazing!!!! NE gonna get a lot of snow this year?? Or do you have a place to buy cheap diesel?;) I wouldn't want to see that thing sit for more than a few days at a time.

Who did you use for a coater????

Lookin gooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used a local guy here in Lincoln/Waverly that does all of Speedways stuff. I knew him when he just started the business years back and now he does jobs nationwide and lots of factory parts. Has a good sized operation. He charged me 125.00 bux and that included chemically stripping the SLP pipe and coating 3 parts with polish. They are Moore Perfomance Coatings 402-786-2887 talk to Pat. Turn around time is 2 weeks.

Looks really nice. 900 turbo's are popping up all over. Is that a Fastback Mustang I saw in the background?

Yep I am one of the few guys that feel the 900 has potential that has been overlooked....cant wait to hand it to some of the guys that talk all the b/s about the 900's while they are out there on there 2010 machines.:D

The Mustang is a 65 R model that I run in vintage car racing:)

The turbo setup looks really sharp and unique from what I have seen. Where did you mount the wideband? Also, do you think you will have problems with heat soaking that intake pipe seeing that it runs along the exhaust? Then it is surrounded by the exhaust when it goes into the intake which is also exposed to heat from the exhaust. It looks really really sharp and I like the idea of running it how you have it. Just wondering if you think you'll have issues with intake temps.

The heat was a concern of mine especially where it enters the intake. When I finall install it I will wrap the silicone intake boot right where it goes between the pipe with heat tape. I dont think there will be much heat transfer further back since there is a good air gap but will have some I am sure. I hope the air pulling from the knee bolster area will have a good temp loss compared to pulling the hot air from engine compartment. As for a air/fuel wideband I am just going to use the ole fashion plug wash and keep eye on EGT's.
