I have a M1000, I have a pretty good stutter from idle to wot, if I back out just a little it clears up and will accelerate fine. I have replaced the reeds and adjusted the tps which .55, now its at .62 volts. Right now it seems like it takes a long time to get warmed up (how a 2-stroke loses hesitation going from cold to operating temp). Ok I have replace the temp sensor with a gm part, I had to cut and attach cat harness, I did the first time with soldier, test run seemed to be better at first, but will give me the same load up, I did not do a great job with shrink wrap and I think the 2 wires might have touched, I have since re-connected with crimping connection and shrink wrap. I guess if I have the same issue the only part that I can think of has to be the TPS, I have never gotten a code for the temp sensor.

Are your plug wires worn through

could be a lot of things but would need more info.

If you describe it without thinking its the pipe sensor, what else could it be.

A short, plugs, plug wires and caps
ground wire broken
etc, etc......
