Does a 16" track fit in the stock tunnel?????

i put a 2.25*16*151 on my 01 zx,the grinding kelsey speaks of is true or buy REV chaincase bolts 1/16 head,(3) / two screws up forward next to your feet off the main brace ,all i did was turn the screws around so the head was on the inside,its really simple,rev and zx have same tunnel width,Thanks Smitty ,big john,kelsey.ported,billet head, 827 walks away from my xp on the flatswith no light weight seat or hood,ITS ALL IN THE BULLIT

ditto with the chaincase bolt, think there is one on each side to grind the head down, very simple fix.
I've been running the 156x16x2.5 Camo Extreme since it came out. No D&R.
Track speed sux but flotation and traction is second to nothing stock.

Well I got my track under it. Had to grind the bolts a little bit. Got a 151x16x2.25 and cut it down to 2" for more clearance. Looks sick now. Can't wait for some snow to take it out. Dropped the front an inch and rear 4" to gain some more tunnel clearance for clean out and got my tunnel extension all put back together and on. Just need to weld a new tube for the bumper. I'll try and get some pictures soon!!

I have an 05 Rev that I put a 144” extension on the tunnel. I have tunnel extensions for my skid. I just bought a track on eBay it’s a 144x16x2.25. Right now I have the stock 121x15x1.65. I want to make sure it will work before the guy ships it.

I’ve been running mine now for 15 years With a 151x16x2 no problems. Dynamo joe clutch kit and 19/43 gearing if I remember correctly.
