SnoWest now allows you to embed a You Tube video directly into your thread post.
There are TWO WAYS to do this.
METHOD #1.
1st.
Go directly to your youtube video on the YouTube site.
Exp.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PwzxBGI73U
2nd.
Click on the SHARE link.
3rd.
Click on the EMBED LINK
4th.
Click on the SHOW MORE link
5th.
Click on the VIDEO SIZE link and chose the display resolution you want for your post.
6th.
After selecting your video size, CUT and PASTE the embeded link directly into your SnoWest Post.!

METHOD #2.
1st.
You will need to use the advanced WYSIWYG editor option in your USER-CP.
2nd.
When creating a new post, on the far right of the editor screen you will see a YouTube button
3rd.
When you click on this button it will generate some text like this.
[ YOUTUBE ] [ /YOUTUBE ]
4th.
You will need to insert the MOVIE CODE of the YouTube video inbetween the two phrases
Example.
The URL of the movie you want to display is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKn9kOtVgEg
The MOVIE CODE = MKn9kOtVgEg
So your text string would look something like this
[ YOUTUBE ] MKn9kOtVgEg [ /YOUTUBE ]
(note: I have added extra spaces so it will NOT display the video here)
When done correctly the final result will be this
