They don't have skis anymore. It's weight savings. No sense I having them when they never touch the ground anyway

I'm guessing the 3" 163's are the first thing off the line and it doesn't have much to do with where they are being shipped to. run them through until they get a truck load to go to a dealer (combination of in season models and snowchecks) then ship them out.

Warranty start is delayed until dec 1, 2015 on all cdn snowcheck models. I would assume the same for USA but can't say for sure. For those that were wondering about that.

It would make more sense to batch build by content, than to build by destination regardless of content.
