check and see if if tore the throttle body boots loose between the throttle bodies and the reeds..sounds like it has an airleak....

Check for air leaks, Also check your throttle body plates to make sure they are closing all the way. Broken reed pedals can also do this. Just a few things to check for.

Have you tried backing the idle stop screw out a bit?

What controler box are you using? Often times high idle is too lean on the idle circuit... maybe add a little fuel to idle to see if it pulls it down.

I have the exact opposite problem mine wont idle when it's warm.
mag, mine did that the last time the dealer messed with it..I finally adjusted the idle rpm screw about a 1/4 turn and its been fine since....
