Aerocharger Boost Controller Hold Pressure?

Does the Aerocharger Boost Controller Hold Pressure? I've got their latest design on the 66 and was curious if the diaphram is supposed to hold pressure or leak past? I put a hand pump on it and the pressure leaks out as fast as I can pump. The controller rod moves slightly with a 5 lb spring, but not the 8 lb.

Also, if anyone has a good primary clutch setup for an '01 800 TRA (on a HO rev), I'd be interested to know.

A small leak is ok as the air moves past the rod. A big leak is not ok. Make sure the clear washer that goes on top on the diaphragm is in place.
