I’m new to the forum and was hoping for a little input. I bought a new 2017 XCR800 and installed a Jaws pipe and spring shim. I have about 1400 miles on the machine now and it works great in the trails. My concern is that my buddy can out run me from 60 mph and up with his stock 2013 PRO R 800 switchback. Mine tops out at 103mph on the speedo. I’ve never ran the machine with the stock pipe. Do you think the pipe is hurting it? Thanks for any input. :)

I'm running that same pipe on my SKS and it pulls like a freight train.

Your clutching may be off or you may have an exhaust leak between the muffler and the pipe or the pipe and the y-pipe.

What RPM are you pulling? you need to pull 8350-8400 with this pipe.

Feel free to message me if you need more info.
