i've used some grease and a socket.
fill the hose with grease and put a socket that fit perfectly into te bearing hole.
the grease will act like pressure on the backside of the bearing.

like the water trick for the doo clutch!!

if it's not working. just put some coins into the hole and pry gently with a pry bar. just add more coins as bearing coming out.

All I ever did with my nytro is turn the cover upside down on the bench and heat the case a bit with a torch and they fall out. Super easy.

I've used a slide hammer with a little plate I made to get on both sides at the same time. Works good on that bulkhead bearing as well.
