Super happy with mine! 16 LE 153 3" track
I currently have 26/63. I tried 27/63 right out of the box and couldn't quite pull the RMPs with how I wanted the clutches. But that was when the sled was brand new, now that it's broke in I will try 27 again. 26 top works great and pulls hard; fun setup and works very well for my riding style. Might just be a touch revy at higher speeds down the trail. I really don't know how guys can stand the stock gearing with the 7 tooth drivers on the 16s.

I ran 26/63 right off the bat but I found that was still to low for my liking. Jumped up to 28/63 and im quite happy now. Pulled rpm perfect in heavy wet snow last trip. That's running MDS weights and riding 5500-7000 feet. Might try the 27 tooth just to see how it compares. I never did ride it stock... cant imagine how low that must be.

rode my 16le 162 3" with chain one ride so i knew how it felt, checked top speed at 68-70 mph, slightly uphill summer hi-way with 4 " new snow; with tki 28/63 gear ratio of 2.25, it ran the same, elevation was 9500'....pulled hills at 10k just the way i wanted, did change the clutching to more aggressive helix, stiffer driven spring, 67 grams in front....belt drive gives more, quicker response than chain and overall feel of sled is better
