Has anyone had the line from the injection tank to the pump melt on the exhaust.I helped repair that line ,had to put a spice in the line and tied it back from the exhaust.BTW it has the stock can .It is a 2017 m 8000.

Did it have the silver colored loom/protector on it?

Yes it did,but that is just plastic and it melted to the exhaust also.
it should have had a zip tie behind the can holding it to the back of the frame

There was a zip tie back to the coolant line ,but it was very loose and did nothing .
Anything else melted?
I hit an early season stump and it shifted my van up and in. The hot exhaust melted my line, also melted a bit of belly pan. Sled was brand new at that time. I drilled out flange and bolted it in. Won’t happen again

Just the line was melted.It was lucky the leak was spotted at a stop or could of ran dry and boom.
Just one more reason oil injection is a blown motor waiting to happen...

After seeing were this oil line was routed ,i just wonder if there was a bulletin .
this is why I oil delete and premix
