So my pipe burned a hole. Ideas on a fix? Thinking plastic weld it up and heat tape the hell out of it?

You can patch the hole with drywall mesh and an epoxy.. Even jb weld. But not sure why the pipe would rub THAT much oem.. Heat tape helps with radiant heat, but will not prevent heat transfer via direct Contact.

the dimensions of a pipe are made to retain a certain amount of heat, control airflow and the ecu is programmed for fuel accordingly....when you ceramic coat a pipe it changes the retained heat, and you generally lose power....don't ask how i know that..:face-icon-small-dis
I'm curious too - stock pipe or aftermarket?
If stock , warranty it. If aftermarket I'd be contacting them.

So it seems like it was my fault for not removing the rubber seat that's on the clutch cover. We missed that wording in the instructions. I used jb weld and fixed the hole, cleaned it all up and taped the hell out if it. I'll see if that fixes it. It's SLP stage 2 kit.
