13 miles on fresh top end

This motor only made it 13 miles on fresh top end, cylinders were replated and new everything from base gasket up. Any ideas?

Things to check/ questions.

Piston to cylinder clearance?

Forged pistons? (Changes the clearance needed)

Ring end gap?

Injector testing?

Cracked throttle body boot?
 
Post some good pics of the intake and exhaust sides of the piston and one of the ring end gap / locator pin.
At first glance it looks like all the damage is near the ring locator pin and ring ends, to me this would indicate not enough ring end gap. To confirm this look at the cylinder 180 across from the ring gap area to see if it looks scuffed or heated .
What did you set the ring gap to?

So many factors in this.
Was it just the intake side-mag side as seen in the pic or both mag and pto/both sides of pistons?
Why was it rebuilt in the first place and was that meltdown diagnosed correctly?
Like sheetmetalfab said- were all spec carefully checked on re-assembly and was everything torqued properly?
Is your oil pump turned up?
Do u always warm up to 100f before touching the sled?
Was this your first rebuild?

You can get the bottom of this but more info is needed and u gotta be a certain as possible u have found the cause or it will happen again and another $1k in the garbage

Just had one that looked the same. Cap was not venting.
Scoring on intake side. We now cut the end of the caps off and take the guts out. New pistons, 3 rides and no problems
