Awesome to know. That may be my next step. I thought silbers kit did come with mds adjustables. I pulled my reeds and regapped my plugs to 28. And it seemed to get rid of the sputter. Still not to potential but better. Also threw 3 gallons of race juice rather than 2. How many gallons u running at 7lbs?

I run 100 octane to be safe... When I went to 98ish like they say I have got detonation... This week I am going 100 percent non ethanol instead of mixing 116 with 91 I am going to be 88 non ethanol... So 2 gallons of 116 with 3 of 88.. I am going to bump the boost up I notice my gauge will not go above 5 so I will turn it in a few turns ... Don't know if it is an inaccurate reading or I am that low boost... Will report back tomorrow ..

As far as clutching mine came with team components and a green spring... I did swap to the stock yellow and it helped but for the money its worth getting the mds set up if you live in the trees ..mine engages at 3 grand instead of 5 at the stock set up.... So kick in the pants the stock set up was better for usable power mds has my nod...

I talked to the dealer you can screw it in to create more tension on the spring to increase boost. To be honest I have not tried... I will fiddle with it tomorrow... My understanding is you cant go below 7lb.... That's why I am questioning the gauge... We will see tomorrow.. Mds clutching. Com is their website you can call and talk to him... He has been very responsive to phone calls and emails...

It's pricy at 270 but for the service and availability along with no more ruined rides I believe it's well worth it...

100 percent agreed... Mds was my last ditch effort when I talked to Steve he convinced me he has had personal Arctic cats and a record of many turboed ones he clutched... Plus all his set ups are dynoed along with tested in the wild ... That was his sell on them at least... But I had cutlers adjustables and I found his set up far superior...

Just take the "e" clip off the waste gate arm, back off the jam nut and tighten or shorten the rod to add tension to the waste gate actuator, if I remember right it's 1 turn comes out to 2psi. Mines very happy at 10-11psi

When I asked the silber dealer they said it was maybe a psi for every two turns ... We will see;) after that stated its not that exact;)

So here's a question. Steve needs to know about my helix, I have never done nothing to the clutches other than silbers kit, so it's still stock right?

Mds kit ordered!! Can't wait! So you said you went back to the baseline fueling numbers from Silber with the mds setup?
So for riding from 8000 to 11000 at 7psi I went to their stock numbers ... Seems to run really clean... My af sensor went out today so I am not messing with it ... I am happy..

Going down to 73 grams from 77 to get the rpms I need at 9000 to 10000 feet... Hopefully this is the magic setting ..
