I decided to buy all the parts and rebuild my GT3071R.

The issue is the exhaust turbine blades don't seem to fit in the housing.

Its really close and I believe I have parts that should fit well together but currently they don't.

has anyone else polished the edge or perhaps I need the rim machined?

I think I will polish the interior of the housing and see if I can get the space needed.

the bad blades are 53.89 and the new blades are 54.7. the bad blades are loose and the good blades are too tight.

apparently there are multiple 30 exhaust turbine configurations.

So I need to machine this housing so it fits.

I got an estimate to send it off so it matches my turbine blades.

I am happy with the ceramic bearing kit, SO machine the housing and then reassemble and balance.

That turbine wheel looks like a full sized 60mm and that housing is a wg housing that uses a cropped wheel of 56.5 mm. That housing cant be machined big enough for that full sized wheel. You need to match wheel size and wheel trim.
