Alpha really doesn’t hold snow in the skid
So i stuck my Alpha yesterday. Buried the track to the tunnel, grab bar was on the snow. I don’t normally lift the track out of a stuck by myself. My G4 175 is HEAVY and hard for 2-3 guys to lift out of a trench. I remembered hearing how the Alpha was not picking up snow and remained light when they were dug in and stuck. YUP, super easy to lift out of the hole by myself and set it next to the trench. I ended up doing it twice lol as the sled was up against a small tree and the track slid back into the trench on the first try.
Really surprised how easy it was to lift and throw to the side even with the grab bar lower than my toes.
