Hi folks.
My wife and I would like to let riders know that we have a lot of winter availability at our rental cabin in Silver Gate, with quick access to the Bannock Trail and the riding areas up beyond Cooke City.
The Silver Willows Cabin officially sleeps up to eight, but we've had larger groups of as many as 15 stay with us in the past since there's a lot of room for sleeping bags and portable bedding. By next winter we'll also have a second cabin up and running in case folks want to spread out.
If you're looking for a winter rental for your group, this is a nice alternative to the bustle and noise in Cooke, and you can still ride your sleds directly from the cabin to the backcountry.
We're happy to offer SnoWest members a discount (just be sure to mention the forum), and we also offer large discounts on long-term rentals of a month or more. Currently February and March are pretty wide open.
