If the track windows measure about 2.5 inches center to center do i use extros that measure 3 inches center to center. Thats whats on the sled and I spun them off last year. Just wondering if they are right.

If you are getting an accurate measurement of 2.5" center to center, then you need drivers that are 2.52" pitch. I would double check your measurement. It will be more accurate if you measure from the leading edge of one window, to the leading edge of the next.
If you getting 2.5" you have 2.52" drive pitch, as RX-1 03-05 had as stock.

I think i read somewhere that the ski doo extros work better than the wahl bros. Any comments? And do they come in a 2.52?

Yes the ski-doo's come in 2.52. I don't know about better, but I believe they are cheaper than the Wahl's.
