I just installed new wiseco pistons in my 06' 800. I need advise on how should i break them in.
Break In

I always premix 100-1 in the first tank as well as injection with mineral oil. Let it warm up really good in the sno-park. Then once on the the trail to ride to where we are going to play ride it like normal. After I have ridden about an hour, or when there is a good place to watch you buddies play, I let it cool down completely and then fire up, let it warm up till the exchanger is warm to the touch and then ride it like you stole it.

nah, as mentioned before, run some mineral oil in the first tank or so
vary speed's, not too much RPM held wide open for the first tank
dual ring pistons require ample warm up time - so make this happen
then PIN ER!!! haha!

And you're running forged pistons, so always fire it up and let it get all the way to engine temp before running it hard, other wise it will be $$$$!

Yep get it hot a few times (not to hot). Let it cool down inbetween(?). Then i'm easy on it for about 20 miles. Then just short wot bursts if you need to for the first tank. Than F'n pin it.
