I picked up a 93 EXT and was wondering if with the battery EFI system your battery has to be fully charged for the sled to have spark? Any comments are appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

No it has a stator to powers the coil. The battery powers the fuel pump. I had 93 carb that had a stator go bad. Might be your problem.
