I have the 20-50 gears in.What are you doing to the chain tensioner to get it to work? Its way to tight to for the ratchet to engage.I was wondering of just what would happen it wouldn't ratchet, chain is plenty tight.

if the chain has less then 800 miles you don't need the tensioner at all, after that it will have enough slack you can put it. BUT you will need to grind off about 1/4" on the spring loaded end (this is the piece that touches the teeth in the case) AND you will have to do this to the next piece in too then it will fit.
