08 bd kit work on a 2010 m8 ???

Run far far away, your best option would be to spend another $2000 minimum to upgrade it to a twisted style kit, to upgrade to a newer bd kit that actual seems to work it would cost way more. Just look the other way
If you have a lot of turbo experience you could make it work pretty easily. If you don't, I think you would be happier with something else. You can get anything to work if you have enough time and/or money.
