I snow checked and bought my M1100T last season and the only piece of mail I have received from AC is a $45.00 renewal request to Cat's Pride.
Nothing else...
Buy a new sled, equip it to $15k and don't even get a postcard, let alone any information on warranty.
Lost 2 dealers on the way within one year.
Pathetic fail, unacceptable lack of consumer support.
I am actually disgusted.

In the back of your owners maual should be a card for registration. I sent mine in and I have got two notices from cat about warranty. Guessing your dealer screwed you but who knows.

I have gotten about 6 or 7 letters since I snowchecked my 12 last year. I am a little worried hearing the story above about the reverse. I used the heck out of mine and never had a problem. Don't know if I wan't to bring it in and have it screwed with.
