I'm not sure how enforceable it is in reality but it's still bullsh!t. All because of one federal magistrate in Idaho or Montana.

One of my most memorable rides there was around the 4th of July. It's sad/frustrating that the opportunity to do that again is no longer there. I will be making a call and writing a letter.

Nov. 30th, that seems extremely early.
