Evolution Powersports Introduces our "Bullet" Featherweight Silencer

Here are some pictures of our new ProClimb/Cross 800/8000 exhaust. The pipe and silencer body is made from entirely from 304 Stainless Steel. The silencer has a stainless steel perforated core with a dimpled exhaust divider. The divider plate removes about 4 db over a straight through style with no divider. The packing material is stainless steel wool. These are the finest exhausts in the snowmobile industry and have been built to stay looking good and last the lifetime of your sled.

Beautiful welds! Definitely the kind of quality one should expect! That 304 will turn a very nice color and stay that way for a long time and look amazing.

That's the quality and workmanship we've come to expect from Evo. For those that haven't seen the 1100t turbo kits, all their kits are top notch construction just like this. The welds are works of art, and best part is....made in the USA.

2 questions....

1. Are they guaranteed to have zero HP loss?

Follow up question. Is there anything else that mounts it to the sled? Another bracket or anything?

It is definitely louder than stock, but not as loud as you would think with the relatively small mufflers. The sound is AWESOME. There is considerable silencing technology that we use in their construction that you typically will not see in off the shelf automotive or bike mufflers.

We will post a sound clip soon as our PC8 is has the silencer section occupied with a turbo :face-icon-small-coo

Also, if anyone who lives in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin has a ProClimb 800 that would let us use it for display at Haydays, please pm me. For the use of your sled, we will give you one of these mufflers at well below cost as well as some other EVO schwag.
