phazer turbo wont rev past 9000 rpm help

just had the motor rebuilt after and finally got it back together and now when i take off it wont rev past 9000 rpm but when its not under any load it will go its like there no fuel there need help got a trip plained this weekend info of the sled mcx kit no head shim 112 oct

mine was doing same thing, would sputter and cough at about 10000 rpm under load and full throttle. Talked to randy at pg yamaha he told me to check fuel pressure regulator. Put new one on and bingo works great now. It seems sitting over summer it had some moisture in the actuator side and corroded causing it to be seized. Just a heads up for summer storage. Also got warranty for mine from my dealer.

On the end of the fuel rail were it dumps back to the fuel tank
