Battery Relocation

my sled is at trail tank getting a bigger stomach.. so i cannot give you pics at this time

but

i moved my battery in front of the exhaust pipe.

the wires i ran under/near the chain case area i used wire loom/reflective tape on the wires near heat sources

i used the battery tray bracket that was under the seat and cut it and used it to mount the battery.

hope that gives you some ideas

also i am using a ballistic battery not the stock one, the ballistic is the way to go and is so much smaller and lighter.. like 2lbs!!!!!!

I did the same thing and moved it in front of the exhaust but I have to say I favor the Speed Cell Battery. Quick Disconnect to bring in at night to stay warm, awesome setup. Wouldn,t go any other way
