Looking to head out west early March with a group and interested in thoughts or recommendations about Grand Lake. Considering Sun Valley Ranch nearest the trail head. We prefer off trail as much as possible. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Curious how your trip went, and if you learned anything you'd like to pass on. I'm heading out this week with a few guys. Considering anything from southern CO all the way up to Cooke City.

Grand Lake is one place we have never been to, but would like to try.
