Use the 10 Dragon Pipe from SLP. It will need to be cut and rotated to clear the bulkhead. Buy one without the ceramic coating, modify it then ceramic coat it. Other pipe manufacturers may have a fitted pipe on the shelf. The SLP pipe works.
my buddy did the same swap into his 600rr, carbed his though. got the pipe from dyno port. and your going to have to get a motor plate and carb adapters from brad at power addiction racing..
I have an slp pipe and can on my 2010 assault. I put on the exhaust without the PC5 and burned down my motor in 5 miles. way too lean. Polaris blamed SLP. SLP blamed polaris. Definitely dont put on the exhaust without the PC5
