Isn't that where the installer is supposed to weld? I have seen this one other time, the installer had access to a welder but no experience. Hopefully this is an easy fix.

Yes right were you have to weld almost looks like in the pic the weld was undercutting into the thin side of the pipe???

Nock on wood 23 kits out the door and no breaks yet. I have to set my welder up just right and it takes allot of time to do so to get a realy good weld. My main problem was setting the welder up just right.

The turbo is spring mounted so it can move around if you have it installed just right.

Not a mounting issue, it's a welding issue. I've cartwheeled the crap outta my sled and no cracking on my pipe.
