Vertex Standard, hands down best radio I've used. Interface is a b*tch to learn, but even the cheap ones have features you'd pay hundreds moar for on business radios.

Downside is you need an FCC license or two to use them...

137-174MHz VHF, 430-470MHz UHF, 5w output on both bands.

Also keep in mind if you want to use GMRS and the 5-watt output on the Rino or any other GMRS radio, you need a GMRS license from the FCC...
