Thinking about heading out mirror lake highway and riding soapstone tomorrow. Anyone have details on the road? Groomed? Snow all the way to the gate?

I too inquired earlier this week of adequate coverage on the Mirror Lake Hwy to access the terrain at higher elevation. Several responses plenty of snow on the highway and last evening KSL reported a depth of 35" at Trial Lake. I'm planning on riding on Sunday but taking a ride up to Soapstone tomorrow just to check out the conditions for myself. There are some previous posts with pics of fellow sledders from earlier this week. Still be careful of those hidden land mines.

I emailed the state parks and they confirmed that no grooming has been done or will be done until they get 18" at the Cat shed. Don't really know where that is.
