What is the best bang fir buck, Jaws set up or Diamond s can, y-pipe and clutching? Also, would i need a power commander with the combination of a diamond s can and sis or jaws y-pipe??

The Jaws y pipe only works with their pipe. It is quite a bit larger than the stock outlet. You will need a fuel controller for an real power gains. I would do clutching and a lightweight can as a first step if you don't want to go all in on the pipe.
