07 Ski Doo 800 XRS running rich

New to the form so hope I'm posting this question in the correct area. Picked up this 07 XRS 2 summers ago. The previous owner had installed a 162" track from a 1000, removed the oil injection kit and did an extreme weight reduction. Problem is the sled has run extremely fuel rich ever since i got it and has a huge bog @WOT and will some times start losing RPM's in the deep powder. I know it's already jetted for the altitude I'm riding in so I'm lost as to what i can do to resolve this. I'm also mixing @ 45:1 with Ski Doo full synthetic oil. Any help or ideas on resolving this would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Yes, both seem to be working properly. could the fuel/air mixture adjusters be out of wack and cause this issue? Anyone know how many turns out they should be set at?

unsure. stock i believe. i have not tore into the carbs to see.
