My one post a year so I will make it count...sorta.
Just bought a 93 panther 440 from a bud that has been sitting in his garage for about 6 years. He has not started it in 6 YEARS! Dummy I know!
So, I brought it to the garage, cleaned out the carb and blew it out as best I could, put it back on and will only run with the throddle pulled and runs very rich. I did replace the gas, but it will not idle at all. I have not worked on a m ikuni round slide in twenty years so if anyone has advice please PM me asap! I would love to have it going for my kids this weekend.
First thought is a jet is plugged, it is not the main for sure I checked.
