Apex oil change question

Sorry for the stupid question....but, on a 07 apex, will filling the oil can res., fill the engine with oil?
I have a rear mount turbo, and the charge tube(hose) goes right over the filler plug on the valve-cover. Not so easy to get at.
I shut off the fuel pump and turned it over afew times in hopes....but.

Anyone know?

It should, just make sure oil comes back from engine by removing the hoose at pic,

should return in a few seconds with use of the starter.

Yeah you don't fill the engine with oil into the valve cover you just fill up the 3 qt reservoir. It's basically a dry sump system And also there's a drain plug on the bottom of engine under the plastic pan held on with 5 different 5mm allens. If that is what u were asking
