At idle, you have to calibrate so that you are readind 0 to just on the negative side for boost. If you have any boost at all, the boondocker control box will add fuel, causing the motor to load up with fuel. I am not sure how this is calibrated, but dont think it is hard. It is in your EBC calibration instructions I understand.

When I take my D7T up there, Buff Pass and RE, I have to bring my Lo settings in the 3000 and 5000 RPM blocks down below 0. If I remember correctly, I was at -3 or -4 at 3000 and -2 at 5000. Hope this helps

thank you guyss for all the tips yes when it is at idle it is right at 0 boost. It runs awesome just when i slow down under 4800 rpm then get back on the gas it spits and sputters until cleaned up again!!!

I will try leaning out the 3000 rpm in the morning.

what numbers are you running? i have the same problem

I'm having the same problem as you. at 4800rpm as I take off I get a bad bog and have to feather the throttle through it. once I get past it it runs great. What numbers are you running in the control box? mine are:
3000
lo 0 md 0 hi 0

5000
lo -2 md 0 hi 0

psi
lo 39 md 62 hi 56

I'm running at 8-10k ft with a slp orange/silver spring and 67gram lightning weights. let me know if what your running and if you get it figured out.

I had the same issue, and in different altitudes/temperatures, see it still. Just keep playing with your #'s until you find something that you like. I believe both my 3000 and 5000 Lo #'s are in the negative

Check reeds. They need to be replaced at 600 miles or so on the BD Turbos.

Mountaintop where are your psi #s then? I just ran at 5 to 6000 with all zeros and psi 42/48/48 and it is so damb rich and after so many calls BD is not much help. IfI bought a $6000.00 race engine the builder would tell me exactly where the timing , fuel ,ct should run but they won't let us know anything, also I'm still running 50/50 race gas
