07 IQR 726 mod

I am installing a 726 in my 2007 iqr looking for some suggestions on clutching, gearing and carb tuning also wondering what heat gaskets fit this engine

Isn't that motor built off the 600? I would look into those gaskets. I would start with 600 gearing and clutching, jet up to like a 440ish area. Thats where I would start then work down or up.
