well this has been the best week of my life! saw things ,met great people, learned a lot about riding, and turned many heads. the explorer will be around for a long time, it works so well in the mountians, the honest truth is that it goes very well flat and sidehill, but if your looking to climb , you better get speed, and have practice, but by the end of the week i wasnt doing to bad, for people that have been to cooke, you know of "daisy",,, well the 1st day it was so bad out we only made it to the trees , and that night all the guys in the bar laughed about me trying to even go down into daisy,,, said you will never get out.... but the next day it cleared up, and a few guys rode up to the top, and the one guy parked it and said no way, so this guy and i went for it. and well he made it fine down, but i had trouble , hit some real soft stuff and was not leaning back on the bike and flipped over the handle bars,,, was so funny, face plant into the snow! so then we turned around and made it out , but took some skill, he went up and down 2 more times, and i waited till later untill i had my helmet cam, was not missing another wreck! lol so when i got the cam,, i was by myself, and tried it and it was fine going down, but on the way out i hit a big rut from a sled that went up and got thrown sideways and had to stop 1/2 way up, caught my breath and took off for 15 feet sidehilling and turned it up and ripped up out of there and went to the truck...... what a rush! well enjoy and look for more soon. will be in utah very soon, i am in west yellowstone today,,, and plan island park tomorrow, then utah!

stuck in the flats of ND
Where are you going in I.P.? It is a long town and there are about five different areas that have facilities. Coming from West Yeller You will pass a sinclair station on the right, after that about 3-5 miles is I.P. Lodge, this will be the best area to set up for demos in my opinion. They have wide open fields to play in but watch out for the fence posts. After that is Macks Inn, then the post office, then Ponds, and after that is Last Chance which may also be a good place for demos.

If you go riding with some locals Jefferson is a good place to ride for back country. Two top is nice to see but at times it gets alot of whoops in the trail from tourists.
