See all of the build pics in the youth 120 forums at http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=284379

I built 2 sleds for my 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. We have had a Polaris 120 stocker in the house since my daughter was 3. A friend and I decided to build up 120's for our kids since they weren't big enough to man-handle a full size machine yet. Our kids ride and race dirtbikes, so the stock 120 was just not cutting it anymore.

The Red Dragon is completed...the Pink Flamer is completed. I did all of the fabrication work in my garage with my Plasma cutter and MIG welder...both steel and aluminum. I ordered the engine, track, clutch and drivers from Recreational Motorsports. I had to fabricate the rear rails and suspension, tunnel extension, handle bars and seats.

Sled Modifications:

Engine: Subaru Robin EH17 w/stage II upgrade, milled head, 8HP+ (Recreational Motorsports)
Track: 98" Track (stock is 68") (Recreational Motorsports)
Clutch: Dominator clutch with race cart chain (Recreational Motorsports)
Handlebars: Home built flat bars with slight rake similar to KTM50. Risers fitted to customized steering posts.
Grips: Heated Hand Grips w/Handguards
Seat: Homebuilt Hi-rise seat w/gripper seat cover
Skis: C&A Pro Mini Skis
Tunnel: Home built tunnel extenstion and bumper
Skid Frame: Modified 120 and Polaris extra 10 rails, lengthened torque arm, added rear coilover (Honda CRF50 rear shock)
Drivers: Extrovert 5 tooth drivers (Recreational Motorsports)
Front Suspension: Stock

Very nice! I've been looking for a longer track option for my kids 120 and havn't had any luck finding one on the Rec Motor website, do you have any more info?

Nevermind, I read through your post in the mini sled forum and found all the info I need, thanks for the inspiration.

WOW

What awesome builds, those are great. Nice work H1, if you were closer I would be all over Red. I have a couple up and comers (one's 6 and the other is 2) that would use it one after the other.

Those are sweet. My 8 y/o is outgrowing hers and I have 2 y/o twin girls that love to ride with mom and dad.
