I ordered an Evolution DVD via the Matt Potratz benefit. When it arrived, it wouldn't play in my standard DVD player but did play on our laptop. I sent Tom a PM and he shipped out a second DVD at no charge, not even shipping! Thanks again Tom, I really appreciate it.
