Help with extended chain case install

So I am in the process of installing a "Wicked Racing" extended chain case. Putting it an IQR 2005. It seems that my current jack shaft is a little to long for the new chain case. The chain case has the right hole pattern and fits in nicely. But, the rotor will bump up against the chaincase not letting it fit flush with the bulk head. It just seems that the jackshaft is too long. I am not sure if it has an Iqr or edge jackshaft/chaincase on it.

Does anyone know what the lengths are of the two Iqr vs edge jackshafts?

From what I've read the Iqr has a shorter shaft.
