Blew a roller on my secondary, 500 miles from home and the local dealer does not have any.

I know it's not good but.. has anyone run it like this? I run the risk of killing my Roosterbuilt helix if it goes but what else?

If anyone knows of anyone with a roller in the halfway oregon area, let me know.

It needs yo be fixed, wont work very good an the other will likely break and take out the helix.
Great timing huh? That sucks!
Hopefully you can find rollers, how far from Baker city? I think the dealer there can fix you up.

I called cliffs tonight and they said that they don't have them... Remko do you have a part number for the roller? maybe they could find it by the number.

Thanks RB, I figured it was a bad idea.

I lost both my secondary rollers on a ride with my 08. Scratched up the ramps on the helix
But not the ones the rollers roll on, the pins did not make contact with the them. New rollers and ran ran that helix for 1500 hundred miles till I sold the sled. It did upshift and backshift pretty bad without rollers. Lol

I ended up with a new set of rollers installed by a local dealer, I pulled the jack shaft and they put the rollers in for 86.00 for the pair with labor... would have paid 200.

Bid thanks to Remko from I-90 for the part number and checking stock for me, and to Cliff's cycle in baker city, oregon. They got me in right away and had my clutch completed by the time I finished my breakfast.
